There is no obligation for you to take part in any recorded interview with Police without getting legal advice first. We provide a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week telephone service. Generally, the only information that you must provide to police is:-
- Your full name;
- Your address; and
- Your date of birth.
You may also be required in certain circumstances to provide information about the identity of an owner or driver of a motor vehicle, or to answer any question asked by a Police Officer in order to obtain information in relation to a traffic incident.
